How to View Profile Information?
Click on the "Profile" tab in the top menu.
On the page that opens, you can view your name, email address, internal number, assigned project, and call queues.
On the right side of the page, you can review your performance data such as efficiency, talk time, call response speed, and average hold time on a monthly basis.
How to View Your Quality Scores?
Click on the "Quality" tab in the top menu.
On the page that opens, you can select a specific date range to see your quality assessments for that period.
The assessment results include: phone number, queue, result code, quality score, and assessment date.
How to Track Goals?
Click on the "Goals" tab in the top menu.
In the "Call Goal" section, a graph shows how long you have been on calls and how close you are to your target.
In the "Financial Goal" section, you can compare your collection performance with that of your team members.
How to Change Notification Settings?
Click on the "Notifications" tab.
On the screen that opens, you can activate/deactivate types of in-system notifications (alerts, announcements, messages).
You can change the notification sound to "Default" or another option, and choose where notifications appear on the screen (top left, bottom right, etc.).
Click the "Save" button to confirm the changes.
How to Change Your Password?
Click on the "Security" tab in the top menu.
Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.
Enter your new password in the "New Password" field (must be at least 6 characters, including 1 letter and 1 number).
Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm Password" field.
Press the "Save" button to complete the process.
How to View Login History?
In the "Security" tab again, review the table on the right side.
The IP address you logged in from, device type (e.g., macOS), browser (e.g., Chrome), and login times are listed here.
How to Customize Theme and Visual Settings?
Click on the "Theme" tab in the top menu.
From the "Primary Color" section, choose one of the main themes like purple, green, yellow, red, or blue.
Select from light, dark, or system-adaptive modes in the "Theme" section.
Choose a shaded or framed interface style from the "Skins" section.
