Login Screen
To access the Voyce application, no additional setup is required on your computer. You can directly reach the login screen with your web browser via the link provided to you. For the best performance, it is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser.
On the login screen, you can enter your assigned username and password correctly and click the “Log In” button.
If you check the “Remember Me” option, the system will remember your login details for the next session, speeding up the process.
If you forget your password, you can click on the “Forgot Password” option to easily reset it via a link sent to your registered email address.
After a successful login, you will be directed to the Project and Queue Selection screen.
Project and Queue Selection
After entering your login details correctly, the Project and Queue Selection Screen will appear. You cannot log into the system without making a selection on this screen.
To access the system, you must select a project you are authorized for. Each user can select only one project at a time.
After selecting a project, you can choose one or more queues from which you will receive calls. This allows you to receive calls from different queues simultaneously.
After making the necessary selections, you can click the “Start” button to log into the system.
Forgot Password - Password Reset
If you do not remember your password on the Voyce application login screen, you can easily reset it:
Click on the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.
On the page that opens, enter your registered username in the relevant field.
When you click the “Send Reset Link” button, a password reset link will be sent to your email address.
You can create a new password by clicking the link in your email inbox.
Note: The password reset link may have a limited duration. It is recommended to complete the process before the link expires.
